Prepare yourself for the most incredible riding experience!! 

First timer, beginner, intermediate or experienced rider.  Sheena is the perfect ride for you!

Where can you ride in the forest or gallop in the ocean, on the same day, and weather is never a problem?  

Sheena resides in a climate controlled room.  The weather is always perfect for a ride.  

Sheena is a fully interactive riding simulator 

 Think flight simulator for pilots.  

Sheena is one of only 5 simulators in the US, and the ONLY one on the entire west coast. She can be ridden English or Western.  I have saddles for nearly all sizes of riders. 

• Take a leisurely ride in the ocean, before riding up the hill to the lighthouse. 
• Listen to authentic ocean sounds, and shorebirds as you ride Sheena through the surf
• If the forest is more you style, ride through the trees, and watch for the wildlife as they pop up amongst the trees

From there, we will head over to the indoor arena where your horses will be patiently awaiting your arrival

• Enter the arena and meet the horses
• Learn how to safely walk around and be with your horse
• Brush and assist in saddling 
• Get acquainted prior to riding by leading over logs, around cones, over tarps, or through a maze

One at a time, take a brief ride in our indoor round pen and  see what it is like to ride and control a horse just using your body before moving into the bigger part of the arena, all at your comfort level

End the day with treats for the horses and refreshments for the guests    

Sheena has a manufacturer's weight limit of 200 lbs.

Minis aren't just for kids!!!

Come, have fun while immersing yourself in the world of miniature horses!

• Brief meeting and introduction in our climate controlled viewing room.  
• Enter the arena, meet the minis, choose your horse
• Learn how to safely walk around your horse
• Brush your horse
• Experience the fun of walking through a maze
• Walk the plank, carry a flag
• Lead through the cowboy curtain and pool noodles

End the experience with treats for the horses, and refreshments for the guests.

Rescue horses need you!!!

Have you ever wanted to be part of the healing process? 

Meet  and spend time with our rescue minis.

Become part of their healing process.  

While their physical wounds have healed and their day to day needs of food, water, veterinary care, and hoof trims have been met, these minis have a long ways to go as we work to teach them to trust humans again.  

While they are no longer the wild, fearful, out of control, potentially dangerous horses they once were, they are still very wary of everyone. 

After a brief introduction we will go into the indoor round pen where they will be waiting for you

• Spend a few minutes observing their behavior as they check you out from outside the pen
• Slowly enter the pen and pretend as if you have no idea they are there (Horses hate to be ignored!)
• Allow them to approach you as you sit or stand in the pen with them

Fast movements and loud noises are very intimidating 

Relaxing, and breathing  deeply, is very calming to them

Learn about their backgrounds and how they found their way to our ranch, as you wait for them to approach and investigate you  

This exercise will do as much for you as it does for them.  

We will end the day with treats for them and refreshments for you.

Have you ever wanted to be part of the healing process? 

Meet,  and spend time with our rescue horses

Become part of their healing process.  

This is hand's on only.  

While their physical wounds have healed and their day to day needs of

food, water, veterinary care, and hoof trims have been met, these horses have a long ways to go as we work to teach them to trust humans again.  

After a brief introduction we will go into the arena where they will be waiting for you

• Walk slowly around the arena and allow a horse to pick you
• Once chosen you will be given a brief handling lesson
• Learn how to safely walk around your horse
• Learn how to brush you horse
• Learn how to lead your horse
• Experience the fun and success as you lead through hula hoops, mazes, over tarps
• Walk the plank, weave around cones carry flags and walk through a water box

We will end the day with treats for them and refreshments for you.
