Each ride starts with a description of her sensors and controls, how they work, and what they show.
A ride lasts 30 minutes so your brain does not get overly tired from the full time feedback. Ending on a good note is vital for muscle memory.
There is a manufacturer's weight limit of 200 lbs.
Sheena rides are customized to each rider and their needs. Private and semi-private sessions available.
