Come spend some time in a relaxing setting on our 30 acre working horse ranch.  The cottage features one bedroom with a queen sized bed, heated mattress pad, and flatscreen smart TV.  

There is a full kitchen/living/dining area, and views of the pasture and horses from every window.  The front room also features a smart TV with sound bar and split A/C and heat system.  There is a queen sized futon and a 3/4 click clack couch/bed.  

Through the door, from the kitchen, is the bathroom with walk-in shower, and washer and dryer.

The bathroom door opens onto a private deck with gas firepit, chairs and more views of the horses on pasture.

Come through the private gate, and stay in the 5th wheel located next to the arena.  

The 5th wheel features a Queen Sized sleep number bed complete with heated mattress pad. 

There is a small bathroom with shower

There is a full kitchen, with refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker and dining table for 4

There is a smart TV in the living/dining area too. 

Directly across from the 5th wheel,  is a larger bathroom, complete with washer/dryer combination.  

The 5th wheel is covered and has chairs and a table for sitting outside and enjoying the view of the horses in the pasture or visiting with the minis at the barn.
